Is there a health hazard with clothing embedded with batteries for light and sound?

I’ve seen flashing jammies & musical shirts. It just doesn’t seem natural or healthy to have someone wear a battery close to their body. Especially if children are sleeping in pajamas with light-up features and batteries. Can this be a health hazard?
